What is the procedure to purchase or sell property/Land?

To sell or purchase property you will need:- (a) A Valuation of the Property, (b) Land Register.  We can also refer you to a Quantity Surveyor who will be able to guide you on your purchase or sale.

How much do you charge for your Services?

The cost for our services depends on your requirements, e.g. Land Purchase, House Purchase, Rental or management of Property.

Can I get photos and Prices of Properties?

We will gladly provide you with photos upon request, please call our office or visit our web photo gallery.

What are your office opening hours?

Our Office opening hours are from Monday - Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, Saturday 9:00am to 1pm. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
